Establish HR performance metrics and provide monthly reports of accomplishments and challenges and evaluate progress on HR activities.

Supervise the company’s ADP payroll system.

Manage the worker’s compensation insurance plan. OSHA filings, and work with Facilities and Maintenance departments to assure all health and safety requirements are met.

Administration and confidentiality of employee files and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
