Professional Experience:

Sep 2017 – Present: View Point Health-Lawrenceville, Georgia (Behavioral Intervention Specialist). Monitor clients during Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Complete admissions for new arrivals. Prepare clients’ belongings upon discharge. Monitor and assist clients during the hygiene routine. Assist clients with scheduled phone calls. Administered daily recording of keyed credit memos. Prepared and analyzed weekly inventory status reports. Assisted in month-end closing duties. Identify and resolve financial transactions charged or credit to Loomis Fargo & Co., due to discrepancy. Research differences of customer or bank balancing errors. Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
