Prepare clients’ belongings upon discharge. Monitor and assist clients during the hygiene routine. Assist clients with scheduled phone calls. Apr 2005- July 2007: Fulton County Sheriff Office-Atlanta, Georgia (Deputy Sheriff). Prepares for bond hearings and processes defendant’s information reports. Checks Incumbent are responsible for the provision of adequate law enforcement services of Fulton County to prevent crimes and preserve the peace with full powers of arrests. Incumbents enforce the orders, writs and precepts of the courts and are responsible for providing security of county buildings, courtroom and jails, transporting prisoners, or serving warrants as assigned, and are authorized to use deadly force when necessary.
Jan 2003-Apr 2005: Fulton County Superior Court Atlanta, Georgia (Pretrial Officer) Prepare defendants’ criminal histories to document each citation and their disposition. Reviews assigned cases on a daily basis. Determines if defendants qualify for a Pre-Trial release interview. Conducts interviews with defendants and verifies references. Makes releases recommendations to the Executive Directors of Pre-Trial services. Meets with released defendants to discuss rules and conditions governing their release. Removes defendants in violation of their release from their original bond. Maintain files, responds to inquiries, and performs various duties required by court rules and regulations. Conducts counseling sessions and provides referrals to social/rehabilitative agencies. Assists Pre-Trial Program participants in resolving or coping with problems.
Aug 2001-Jan 2003: Loomis, Fargo & Company Atlanta, Georgia (Vault Clerk/Warehouse). Responsible for computerized manifest of pick-ups and deliveries from banking facilities and customers. Administered daily recording of keyed credit memos. Prepared and analyzed weekly inventory status reports. Assisted in month-end closing duties. Identify and resolve financial transactions charged or credit to Loomis Fargo & Co., due to discrepancy. Research differences of customer or bank balancing errors. Provide daily reports of out of balance situations and discrepancies as well as current status and actions taken. Track deposits, orders and inventory activity.

Finance Supervisor/Payroll and Timekeeping Clerk: Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system. Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records. Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers. Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records. Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees. Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records. Distribute and collect timecards each pay period. Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
