As a new homes sales consultant, I have performed all functions and duties as a sales consultant for on-site sales office and model complexes for various new homes developers in Southern California. I have implemented marketing and promotional strategies for events and have been responsible for determining the needs and wants of potential buyers to enable a positive experience for both buyer and seller.
