As part of my bridging program, I have worked in Orthopedic Surgical Department (Garran Ward) of Calvary John James Hospital Canberra, ACT and in Aged Care in Fronditha Thorn bury, Victoria Melbourne.
I am an enthusiastic nurse with three years of experience working in Medical and Surgical ward in internationaly and nationaly accredited hospitals(JCIAnd NABH)in India. These clinical experiences helped me to gain the skills and knowledge to provide care in accordance with the needs of the client.I got an opportunity to care for international clients and came to know about international patient safety goals and care. I have worked in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team gaining knowledge which was valuable in laying the foundation for me to uplift and mold advanced nursing skills. I was complemented many a time by the hospital authority, physicians, team members and healthcare professionals for my humble attitude, taking initiative, skillfulness and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
