Position: Plant Engineer/ Maintenance Manager Jan 2018- Present

Responsible for leading multiple engineering projects, including repair and replacement of

various plant equipment; installation and start-up of the new machines, production

lines and systems. Responsible for spare parts management, preventative maintenance process, line

overhauls, and building and facility maintenance. Review daily maintenance delays/problems with

operating supervisors for prioritization and correction. Work with direct vendors, outside contractors

and governing authority to ensure that all phases of manufacturing activity are performed in a safe

manner and in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies and procedures.

Accomplishments:

Developed comprehensive projects and work with the management team to establish priorities and to meet budgetary objectives based on financial analysis.

Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance and internal audit schedules, in coordination with other relevant departments to meet the production requirements of both specialty manufacturing and developmental products.

Select correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones. Estimated, designed and start-up new production lines: removed the obsolete packaging lines; installed 2 packaging lines (from Canada) and 4 individual packaging machines (from South Korea). The result of this project was an increase in product output of 100%.

Developed and recommended proposals and action plans to improve operating and maintenance procedures and practices, including Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).

Provided an additional heater research and installation guidance to increase the filling line nominal operation speed, and optimized time frame between the mixing room and filling line speed checks.

Implemented and maintain specified procedures and instructions to ensure that all phases of manufacturing activity are performed in a safe manner and in compliance with HACCP, SOP’s and other relevant regulatory guidelines to ensure that company and government compliance are adhered to.
