Researched application essay qualities through in depth interviews with industry leaders, including former heads of admission at Yale and Duke Universities, used that information to develop compelling narratives in client Personal Statements. Regularly interviewed client-applicants and helped them identify relevant experiences and to research and write college application essays. Coordinated with team of Chinese teammates in designing and submitting entire application packages. Based on client interviews, we identified existing relevant data, selected appropriate support resources, managed issues as they arose, found solutions, and kept the project on its timeline.
