The number of reports from troubled customers was increasing everyday. I managed our developers in Japan and AOL engineers in US to clarify the cause of the trouble and come to a resolution in less than a week.

Took care of desktop and network related troubles for JAL, its subsidiaries in North/South America regions, and other Non JAL corporate
