SUMMARY:

Ensure required dispatches by road, Equipment Availability with proper organized guidance and Team Work.

Making various presentations, Preparation of M.I.S. for Packing Plant dispatch, manpower and PP bags, and contractor bill passing. Statutory records, Maintaining entire production and cost related database in the department and office administration, Coordination and lessening with Consultants, Suppliers .

Leading a Team of 06 Nos. Packing plant staff and 12 MTC’s and about 300 loading manpower on contractor roll.

Coordinating with logistic Department, Dispatches Planning and monitoring various maintenance activities, of packing plant area as Operation shift Incharge Packing plant (Unit-I and Unit-II ) from June’2012 to till date.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operation: coordinate all operational & maintenance activities of the section to maximize the plant availability to achieve Dispatches as per targets.

Cost Optimization: Study and analyze and operational cost of the section compared to budget norms and implement action plans to optimize consumption cost.

Safety & statutory compliance: Carryout timely safety observations, inspection of all jobs required as per statutory guidelines and ensure their timely compliance. Implementation of DU PONT methodology in day to day working at shop floor.

ACHIEVEMENTS:-

TPH increase Line-1 packer 150 M.T. to 170 M.T.

Highest cement dispatch in a month 1.61 M.T.

Highest cement dispatch in a day 7756 M.T. from 2 packers.

PROFESSIONAL ABRIDGEMENT:-

Exposure in packing plant operation including truck loading m/c and loose cement Bulk loading site.

6 year 02 Months of experience in plant operation.

Currently associated in plant operation SHREE CEMENT LTD (Suratgarh) As Supervisor.

Acquired knowledge on maintenance and repair of trucks loading machines, air slide, and silo and Records keeping (Packing Plant Operation)
