EXPERIENCE

Project Manager, Environmental Driven Solutions. Killdeer, ND 12/2015 4/2016 At EDS I had my work cut out for me. Old equipment & most of it was patched together to make it to the next job. I was hired to make changes to the way employees cared about equipment and to change moral around so employee’s worked together and not against each other. When it came down to it I couldn’t do either of these tasks asked of me. One by one of the operators were either fired or they quit to go on to bigger and better things. I was back to being the only operator and putting in extensive hrs. to maintain equipment and operate equipment in the field. In the end I was over worked and underpaid as I was on salary. I had to make a choice between my family and my job. Accomplishments

● Project Manager, Operator with Class B CDL, Mechanic & sales.

● Maintained a good network of valuable clients & vendors.

● Kept spreadsheets for all equipment maintenance.

● Safety regulations & upkeep of training logs.

● Knowledge of oilfield disposal operations, refining production fluid for injection, extracting oil with modern filtration technology.

Regional Manager, Price Pumping. Belfield, ND 11/2014 12/2015 After Hell Creek Environmental shut their doors, Derk Price called me from Vernal, UT. He stressed to me how he wanted to start a ND hydrovac branch and offered to have me run it. I took him up on the offer and by 12/14 Price Pumping was up and going with new MSA’s and a brand new hydrovac. It didn’t take long to keep a nice piece of equipment running around the clock. With well-trained hands and contacts thru the Bakken the word spread quickly about our service. After three months’ work died down due to oil prices and I ended up laying off everyone and continued operating by myself. For ten months I was a one-man show, rig jobs, frac jobs & hydro excavation. Derk Price finally pulled the plug at the end of 11/2015.

Accomplishments

● Regional Manager, Operator with Class B CDL, Mechanic & sales.

● Maintained a good network of valuable clients & vendors.

● Health & Safety Coordinator, familiar with IS net & certification to be compliant in the field.

● P&L speed sheets, monthly financial updates AR aging reports. Scott Patrick Huggins

EXPERIENCE

Operations Manager, Hell Creek Environmental. Belfield, ND 11/2011 11/2014. I have been with Hell Creek since they started in 2011. Hell Creek has always been a Hydrovac company with hopes of branching out further than just cleaning pit systems, frac flow backs & hydro excavation. I have always been all of the above to help this company grow. (Mechanic, sales, operator, swamper, safety & dispatch). I have learned more about the internal workings of a business in the past 3 years. And was ready to take this knowledge to wherever I go. Accomplishments

● Operations Manager, Operator with Class B CDL, Mechanic & sales.

● Gained a good network of valuable clients & vendors.

● Health & Safety Coordinator, familiar with ISnet & certification to be compliant in the field.

● P&L speed sheets, monthly financial updates AR aging reports. Operator/Shop Foreman, Mountain States Casing. Greeley, COLO 4/2009--11/2011 Mountain States gave me a chance to work & learn from them. I was able to understand their equipment & operations in the field from my prior experience running casing as a driller. Rebuilding open & closed face tongs was something new and challenging as well as building hydraulic power units for field use. Being the shop foreman/operator gave me a lot of knowledge from coworkers that have worked in many aspects of the oilfield. Accomplishments

Shop foreman. Rebuilding open & closed faced casing tongs, slips & elevators.

● Installing PTO’s and custom hydraulic power units for trucks & trailers.

● Stabber, guided 9 5 8”, 7” & 4” casing latch on the fly or on the floor while fully exposed to all weather conditions.

● Casing operator, ran open faced Eckel & closed face Foster tongs.

● Operator of laydown machinery.

EXPERIENCE

Directional Driller, Leam Drilling. Midland, TX 5/2006--2/2009 As a directional hand for Leam I learned how to land a curve using slide projections off of mathematical equations from what degree “KICK” the mud motor was set & what my motor yield “INC” is in the current formation. Also I was able to work on compound to top drive rigs. This showed me how even though all drilling do the same job, (up & down & round

& round). They also have a lot of different ways to complete the task. Like what type of mud might be used, different drilling bits & BHA’s. All together being a directional driller has taught me a lot about formations around the country & the different ways to be efficient when it comes to finishing a well. Accomplishments

Knowledge of different formations & pay zones & mapping a well using only MWD surveys.

Daily Drilling report & projections.

Rebuilding MWD tools & programming.

Able to track where existing wells are located for anti-collision, “merging with a well that is producing”. Driller, Mountain Drilling. Houston, TX 6/2003--4/2006 With Mountain Drilling I started as a motor hand and quickly learned all components of the rig. After 4 months I was Promoted to Driller. I quickly learned that knowing how to operate a drilling rig is easier to pick up than downhole knowledge. Each well is different from the next and with that you can never get complacent. Accomplishments

Well Control certified.

Learned how to delegate & run a crew safely & efficiently.

Morning reports of daily drilling record.

Rigging down & rigging up, in field & long haul moves.

Tread types, crossovers, fishing, milling & reamer tools. Free pointing for stuck pipe. Scott Patrick Huggins

EDUCATION

Loveland High School. Loveland, COLO 1993-1996

Finished high school at Loveland High in Loveland Colorado. Also went to a trade school for welding & business management I would love the in Anaconda, opportunity MT to & show Clearfield, your team UT. that I can wear many different hats to suit day to day operations. With as fast as any company grows in the BAKKEN there are fewer and fewer qualified hands to do the task at hand. With that means it is harder to keep the work you've got and keep equipment running that is being neglected. This is where I can help keep your profits up and your clients happy. I would like to be able to do all aspects of this job and office. I can manage your hands and keep morale up by working with everyone rain, sleet or shine. And with that everyone gains each other’s knowledge & respect.

Communication is the key to any relationship and even though this may sound simple. It takes a special breed to be able to make a bad situation turn good. When a client is upset or stressed due to the performance of equipment or hands all it takes to turn the situation around is to work with them not against. Showing clients that with all our experience & knowledge combined we can handle any problem big or small. Sincerely, Scott Huggins
