Managed contractor Quality Control Program according to the QA/QC plan on USACE school projects in West Africa; completed 6 schools in Benin on schedule and improved quality standards of sub-contractors in 3 schools in Togo.

Reduced construction costs by over 30% by reviewing design standards for the 3 New Togo Schools project..

ABAAPCAM Engineering, Co Ltd. Douala, Cameroon. (July 2012 – January 2017).

Projects Director (January 2013 – January 2017).

Bidding, planning and execution of civil enabling works for 3 Onshore Oil and Gas platforms ($6 million worth of sub-contract), with a profit margin of over 25%.; and 3.5miles security fence and patrol roads on GDZ gas process plant.

Executed a $35 million worth Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing water treatment plant project financed by EXIM Bank USA for a 14.5million gallons/day capacity using 10 MPak filtration units supplied by General Electric USA.

Project Engineer (July 2012 – January 2013).

Development & reviewed project objectives, proposals, plans, engineering studies, mobilized & managed resources etc..

Engineer for 14km HDPE industrial gas pipeline, chambers & metering stations (GDZ Cameroon); Bidding & execution of Phase I, Civil Enabling works for onshore Oil & Gas projects in Bomono (access roads & water boreholes).

TANO CONSTRUCTION Yaounde Cameroon. (February 1999 – June 2012).

Technical Director (May 2006 – June 2012

Coordinated & prepared over 30 bids (over 50% successful rate), planning / construction supervision / rehabilitation of schools, hospitals, residences, offices, warehouses, factories, rail crossings, rural roads, hydraulic drainage structures etc..

Completed a $5 million worth Civil Enabling Works for an Effluent Treatment Plant and renovated a bottling line ($3 million) for Guinness Cameroon; and a $2 million worth Contaminated soil De-pollution plant for CAMRAIL etc..

Project / Site Engineer (February 1999 – May 2006)

Studies; design, technical write-ups & reports, supervision, procurement, management of stock, human and material resources etc.. in over 20 projects (rural roads, office buildings, factories, warehouses, hospitals, schools etc.)

Executed 2 years maintenance works of 510km ($13 million) on rural roads, in remote setting with poor accessibility.

Managed over 1.5million man hours in the construction of the US Embassy Compound in Yaounde – Cameroon
