In my ten-year carrier with Durobag I held every position that was available in the warehouse from production material handler to stager, loader, shift lead, shipment analyst (predicting shortages and time frame shortage would occur by using excel and many other reports), shipment scheduling, Production scheduling and finally Warehouse manager with responsibilities listed below.

Responsible for day to day operations ensuring orders were pre-staged, complete and ready for outbound shipments.

Daily and weekly reporting, tracking of employee performance responsible for setting performance standards and driving accountability. Rewarding employees when standards were met and exceeded. Reprimanding employees when standards were not met as well as coaching underperformers to get to standards quickly and efficiently.

Creating S&OP’s and procedures as well as train employees on new procedures to obtain optimum performance while adhering to company policies.

While I was warehouse manager our mid-year and end of year inventories were under 1% were as before they were at 3 to 4 %. I also developed warehouse pallet placement structure making it easier to look for product when staging orders. Enforced daily Cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Training on any and all new safety policies driving PPE and forklift safety operation guide lines.

Training and OSHA forklift certification qualified, certified first responder trained in CPR and use of AED Defibrillator.

I am fluent in Spanish I can read and write with fluency. I am also very familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
