Machine Maintenance

I am recently retired and am looking to supplement my income. I have over 1 year experience in the dishwashing machine operation. I have been trained in the maintenance and operation of the automatic dishwashing machine.I understand the operation and the needs of the kitchen staff. I have also worked with the bussers. I know it takes team effort for the smoothe operation of any kitchen.
