Testing Operations:

• Chemical testing Analysis including Sulphuric acid, Sodium hydroxide, Soda ash,Methyl bromide, Methanol, MEG, Sodium bromide, Chloropicrin, Sulphur, Hydrochloric acid, Chlorinated Paraffin etc.

•Packing Material testing including Cans & Caps, Cartons, Liner, Silica gel, etc

•Intermediate Checking including Can filling Sample and in-process sampling of MBR from Crude & FDU tank every two hours.

•Methyle Bromide analysis includes Moisture (By Karl FIcher), Colour, Acidity .

•Water analysis includes Hardness, TDS & pH.

•Free Chlorine in Hydrochloric Acid

•Stability sample analysis as per stability planning.

•Analysis & report compilation of all raw materials, packing materials, intermediates and finished materials.

Instruments Handled:-

•Conductivity meter, Polarimeter,UV Spectrophotometer, pH meter, Balance, Karl Fischer Titrator, Verniercaliparse, Thickness Meter etc.

•Independently operate various standard instruments and perform calibration according to established methods and maintain records and each and every solution standardization and maintain records.

•Ensuring the best house-keeping near the equipments, arranging chemicals, solvents and glassware for lab.

•Co-ordinating with the suppliers by performing correlation testing as well as guiding colleagues.

Quality Management /Inspection

•Maintaining data & quality records and approving production batch as per the quality standards.

•Conducting various tests & inspections to ensure that products are in compliance with pre-set technical specifications; detecting defects / faults and taking corrective actions.

•Reviewing documents /analytical reports thereby ensuring documentation as per guidelines.

Process Enhancement

•Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications.

•Reviewing the operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction/ quality failures and working on system and process changes for qualitative improvement.
