IT Helpdesk support, Software and hardware support for X-ray equipment, proprietary software. I was taking calls in 4 days of my hire date, I am very driven and will do what it takes and use all resources available to me in order to solve my client’s technical issues. In this position I have Provided top notch support and training to hospitals, urgent cares and orthopedic medical practices for their X-ray hardware and software needs. IT Helpdesk support, Software support for AdvancedMD EHR. Provided support and training to over 150 people. I became the expert in software support services for 35 sites in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, New York, Nevada and California. The software is a medical demographics, EHR and billing package that runs the company. 1st Alliance is a contractor for the above states parole management systems that treats parolees for mental health, drug and alcohol addictions, and any prescription or UA needs to meet the requirements for their parole.. Ultimately the treatment is billed to Colorado Medicaid, Department of Corrections and or other insurances. My day to day job included implementation

of software, training, support and in-depth maintenance. Through Zendesk I answered heldesk requests, worked from emails, and phone calls. I reset passwords, set-up new hires, terminations and general maintenance of the database. I created the training manuals, checklists and documentation specific to the company's needs.

Problem solve and provided information regarding computer hardware. My minimum purchases & sales per month were $350,000.00. My purchasing signing authority was $150K per day. Also, was responsible for the selection of new suppliers, credit approvals and established and maintained relationships with IBM, Dell, Ingram Micro, Tech Data, PC Wholesale, Epcos, Metal Sales, Vertec Tool, Sanmina/SCI and many other computer distributors and manufactures.
