JOB DESCRIPTION

To company safety rule and regulation of the plant.

Before start the pump check the tank level chemical tank, Valve check and put lubrication and different equipment’s.

We have to maintain operate and control independent plant and also maintain PH Value, BOD, TDS, C12, DO; sewage will be passes through, the following process like, sewage pumping station bar serene Grit Chamber, primary Clarifier. R.B.C Aeration Tank secondary Clarifier, Chlorine Tank and storage tank, B.O.D turbidity defection for kill bacteria.

Remove floating scum from clarifier tank.

Check clarifier water turbidity.

Backwash sand filter/filters if different pressure reaches I bar.

Check the tanks (sum pit, buffer, and effluent) level and leaks especially in the piping.

Check the pumps, for any noise, vibration and leaks especially in the piping.

Observe for unusual bad smell presence in the aeration tank/ tanks and also for the presence of foamy water, do necessary measure if needed.

Check the time for aeration for proper functioning. Adjust if necessary.
