Summer training project ABN Amro Bank Panipat

Title: Study on consumer satisfaction under Bancassurance.

Project:

The project was undertaken to study the preferences and satisfaction level of the customers of ABN AMRO and AVIVA life insurance.

The project included the primary data and the customers having life insurance schemes were taken into consideration.

The net to net result was that the customers of private sector insurance companies are more satisfied from the services provided by the companies

Management Research project: N.C College of Engineering Israna (Panipat)

Title: Study on the comparison of credit cards of RBS and SBI and consumer behaviour towards credit cards.

Project:

The objective of the project was to understand customer preferences regarding the credit cards prevailing in both banks.

The project was based on the primary data which included customers of RBS and SBI..

Findings were that credit cards are making its place in India but its still emerging in rural areas.

Live Project Undertaken

A survey on consumer satisfaction undertaken by RBI.
