● My role for this group project was to build the article scrapping tool using Node.js packages

● The app scrapes one article a day from selected news sources and cuts out the source information in order to promote unbiased discussion.

● Built with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). socket.io was used for chat function

EBC Support Specialist – Empyrean/Bloom Health – Minneapolis, MN 10/2015-06/2018 Advised employer groups, health plan representatives, and health plan brokers on how to use administrative UI. Researched and completed data reports. Enrolled group members in health insurance.

● Built call center in Minneapolis office after Hurricane Harvey Insurance Agent – Wells Fargo Insurance – Minneapolis, MN 10/2009-10/2015 Received inbound/made outbound calls to Wells Fargo customers in order to sell property and casualty insurance. Used multiple carrier websites to quote/sell home and auto insurance. Became a remarking agent in 2013: re-quoted and corrected new sales agent errors.
