Duties & responsibilities:

Monitoring and analyzing daily reports sent by production field engineers

Working as a team member for preparing new wells completion, operation and production (TCP and DST)

Preparing and executing programs for well interventions (TCP, DST, slick line, coil tubing, Stimulation, etc.) and technical support during operations

Carrying out risk assessment and full technical assessment for well intervention and workover jobs

Designing and optimizing artificial lift methods (ESP, Jet pumps and Sucker rod)

Troubleshooting and defining the root causes for artificial lift systems; mainly ESP failure

Team member in running tenders and market survey for Petroleum engineering operations (ESP, Slick line, Braided line, E-Line, Coil Tubing, Cased hole logging, Memory gauges, Surface testing, Downhole testing, TCP, Jet pump and EPF)

Auditing service companies for QA/QC their yards and equipment

Supervise mixing & pumping LCM pill into the well according to game planes

Install surface well testing & processing equipment, indicating instruments and testing new wells

Performing rig up and rig down operations for testing and processing equipment for highly sour gas

Participating with Aramco in determining the required treatment chemicals for highly sour gas

Running an intelligent looping system for processing the high H2S flow back from the wells

Control the processing equipment via a Distributed Control System (DCS) cabin

Collecting wells data as required for accurate reporting

Monitor controls and instruments and record test data for Aramco use

Make full analysis for crude oil (Bs&W, H2S, Salinity, PH etc.)
