Prepare of Purchase order & finalization procurement of all machinery & vehicles spare parts.

Maintain all engineering & work areas in orderly and clean condition.

Maintain documents of all parts used & parts needed to be purchase.

Prepare scheduling report for each breakdown equipment.

Machine breakdown analysis, root cause analysis & elimination of the problems.

Spare cost monitoring. Reduction in spare cost by spare standardization.

Attend department meetings as schedule & discuss with workshop engineers for parts follow up.

Interact with materials department for arranging spares as required by sites & base workshop.

Inform repairs section regarding the item likely to fail in the future to plan & repair tasks.

Spare parts to be arrange timely for avoid major breakdown at project & sites.
