Non-billing of projects are notified and reasons are given to management, post which a RCA has to be prepared and shared to the project owner and delivery Closure of a project head
Closing the receipts: Daily outstanding dumps are pulled and shared to the respective accounts. Payments from clients are received as per the contractual agreement.
Project Closure– Working closely with Project / Program manager in order to take the note of cash management,how the cost was utilised, how can we overcome a sudden change, new learning from the same project & how the same can be utilised if such a situation is faced again .
SOX Compliance – All the above activities are strictly followed by SOX Act . Each quarter as the Sox guidelines the project activities are followed and also the required documents are saved and stored.
Internal & IAD Audit- Managing the tools & techniques with proper care in each project especially the project which is the subset of another project. Handling deliverables with proper notification in order to make stakeholders happy.
