Skills & Abilities

TECHNOLOGY

I have had the opportunity to learn many different programs on the Microsoft Office program, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer. Other programs I have some experience in include the QuickBooks Accounting software, Kronos Payroll system and the Outlook e-mail program.

Closes loans by explaining key points of the loan contract to customers, and assisting them in completing all paperwork

Managing customer accounts

Collects on delinquent accounts through making contact with customers and creating agreed upon set payment schedules in order to decrease delinquency for the store.

Taking payments at the front desk, and address any problems that may arise. Developing trust with the customer base was extremely important in my role here.
