Attached please find my resume for your consideration and review.

The resume starts with my employment at GMAC Mortgage on Sept 1990. I would like to give you a brief overview of my accomplishments prior to 1990. When in Oklahoma I managed two large Hotels/Motels (89er Inn and the Howard Johnson these complexes were 150 + rooms, the 89er also housed a bar, restaurant and banquet rooms. I moved to Houston and went to work for Zales as an Asst Manager and quickly moved to Manager. Worked as Asst Job Superintendent for H A Lott building, Savoy Tower, Ramada Inn. Moved on to oil and gas building offshore oil rigs as Purchasing agent. Was manager for Elliott Valve Company. Moved into banking with Village Saving as a mortgage originator, went to Ameraway as a Branch manager, went to Principal Financial as a Branch Manager and then to GMAC.

I had 20 free standing homes in Oklahoma that I managed to keep rented and maintained while working in Houston. The profit margin was great with low property taxes. I eventually sold out to an investor.

After leaving the banking and mortgage industry I opened and sold several night clubs

I hope this gives you a brief overview of my management skills that I have demonstrated over the years.

I am also Chairman of the Board for the Clear Lake Kemah Elks Lodge #2322.

I am also involved with the Galveston County Sheriffs and the Galveston County Courts.
