Mr. Fishburn has 18 years of professional experience developing corporate EHS policy and procedures with regard to professional corporate office settings as well as numerous industrial production facilities in 8 states. Mr. Fishburn has experience in personnel management and training including staff career development and mentoring of technical professionals. Mr. Fishburn has managed up to 13 direct report personnel at a time and has managed numerous subcontractors related to various projects in several states simultaneously. Mr. Fishburn has 23 years of professional project and program management experience in environmental regulatory compliance reporting, emergency spill response, site assessment and remediation, contaminant fate and transport modeling, property transfer due diligence, regulatory permitting and negotiations, waste management, and construction oversight.
Mr. Fishburn is a well experienced technical scientist who has performed detailed analysis of contaminate source identification, fate and transport modeling, water quality assessment and analysis, technical and economic feasibility studies, remedial system design and installation, closure compliance negotiations, and has achieved regulatory closure at hundreds of sites in 9 states.
