Guided transition from a joint stock company to a wholly owned subsidiary. Structured stock redemption agreements.

Developed, executed and managed a tracking system utilized by traders in accurately hedging oil refinery production and inventory. Generating daily updates, the system forecasted monthly earnings for its 110,000 barrel per-day refining and distribution network.
