• Inspection and renewal of Journal bearings,deep groove ball bearing, thrust bearing, wear ring

• Setting the Axial centering, Radial centering and varies type of mechanical seal

• Checking the Bearing Clearances,Axial float and Run out

• Alignment of pump checked and it corrected by face and rim method

Make: syndne, ingersal rand, Sulzer, KSB and Milton Roy.

Service: raw crue oil, Boiler feed water

I have an experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance & overhauling of the pump. Dismantling and assembling of the pump. Inspect the bearing & to fix with the shaft. Handle the mechanical seals and gland rope packing. ALIGNMENT:

Alignment with prime mover rim and face method,Graphical method and Laser method Alignment.

RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS:

Replacement of valve

Replacement of liner,piston

Checking the rod packing & diaphragm packing

rod reflecton TDC to BDC checking, bearing clearance checked
