Development of the frac designs for S-shaped and subhorizontal wells with multistage fracturing in HPHT low permeable conditions
Choose of components and development of the gel composition: load and type of gellant, selection of borate crosslinkers (fast, slow), breakers (dry, encapsulated, liquid, enzyme (for cold formations), persulfate and etc.), work with suppliers: Econotech, NG Chemicals, Oil Energy and etc.
Choose of proppants (Fores, Borovichi, Carbo and etc.) size from 20/40 to 8/12, including RCP, crush and stress test analysis.
PBU analysis, determination of the fracturing parameters and well productivity index, issuing recommendations for optimization of hydraulic fracturing. Working with hydrodynamic modeling group to optimize field development.
Choose of upper-completion equipment: subsurface safety valves, profiles, plugs, bridge plugs, packers, permanent bottomhole gauges (P/T) and etc.
Choose of lower-completion equipment: liner hangers (with rotation ability), frac sleeves (balls, saddles, CT tools), openhole packers (swell, hydraulic), casing shoe, check valves and etc. Operation functions:
Budgeting for well drilling and stimulation
Management of field engineers and supervisors
Organization and control of contractors (Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, etc.)
Preparation of tender documentation for procurement of services and equipment for drilling and workover
Engineering support and participation in the well construction process (completion: RIH of tubing, RIH of plugs, activation of packers, RIH of liner hangers, activation of frac sleeves), stimulation (MiniFrac, Fracturing)
Work in software packages: Meyer's, SAP, Gopher, FracProPT, StimPlan, PanSystem; KappaSaphyre
(Ecrin), WellPlan, OpenWells.
