I just graduated from Virginia Tech while working Virginia Tech Transportation Institute as a QA Data Reductionist. I received a special commendation from my coordinators for my attention to detail, fast learning, and adaptability to new changes. I take pride in my work and will always perform at my best to achieve or continually improve the ultimate goal. I am looking for a full time position where I can use my background and experience to a great use, be apart of a great team, gain professional experience, and consistently learn something new every day. What my resume does not tell you: I was elected as vice president of leadership for Phi Theta Kappa (National Honor Society) who led meetings for up to 420 members, did a project for the director of elections in Radford, VA to increase polling place efficiency through SIMIO, participated in leadership seminar, became a global ambassador for Virginia Tech Cranwell Center, and managed to save $2 million for Baxter Healthcare for senior design project. I have always believed in the “Work smarter, not harder” motto – I implement this ideal to everything I do because I like to be effective and efficient. I strongly believe that my ideals line up with industrial engineer standards. I think I would be an asset to your team if I were given the chance.
