Acted as functional expert in the implementation of PeopleSoft modules and other legacy systems. As a member of a corporate wide cross-functional team we were able to improve operating efficiencies by 30% by implementing a user-friendly human resource process tool kit on each manager’s desktop.
Developed ad-hoc queries using Business Objects to ensure the integrity of the Human Resources Database. Recommended additional standard queries all users could access based upon their requirements. These queries resulted in reductions in benefit and payroll administration issues and led to greater employee satisfaction with the HR/Payroll process.
Provided users and other groups with functional knowledge of the HR database and process. Gathered, communicated, and trained users and groups on cross-system data feeds, inputs and outputs, and made recommendations for the ongoing support, documentation, and development of systems.
Improved operating efficiencies by implementing and enhancing the process to mechanically post transactions to the human resource database; resulted in over 50% of the transactions received being processed mechanically.
