EXPERIENCE
Human Resource/Payroll Administrator
Managed the HR, Payroll and Office Administration functions for a private family owned business with 3 separate divisions. During my 10+ years with the company we have grown our employee count by 75% and are still continuing to grow with a current head count of 68 employees. As the company has grown, so have my responsibilities. My main duties are as follows: Created & Implemented standardized policies & procedures for compliance regulations. Process All timesheets, including paid time off; calculate hours, in order to, process bi-weekly and weekly payroll through Sage for hourly and salaried employees, including certified payrolls. Prepare payroll tax reports for files and government agencies. Maintained benefits plans, workers compensation claims, all leaves of absences, employee records - including licensing requirements, all new hires and terminations, while managing daily operations with extreme multi-tasking skills, a sense of urgency and very close attention to detail.
