• It is a Project Based Company providing a Turnkey solution with Engineering, supply, Project execution in the field of Fuel Ethanol, Distilleries, Evaporators, Brewery Plants, and Bio Diesel Plants in India & Abroad.

• I am worked with this organization since Year 2007 & I am responsible for below major activities/tasks listed as below:

Piping Engineer

July 2007 to september2012

• Study of project contract & Preparation of PFD & P&I Diagram based on the inputs received by Project Engineer/Manager.

• Preparation of piping material specifications as per codes & standards applicable for the project.

• Preparation & checking of Equipment layout. Preparation & checking of Piping General arrangement drawing

• Preparation & review of 3D model of the plant using software tools as PROPIPE, AUTOCAD, PDMS as per project requirements.

• One year experience in Propipe by using this tools preparing ISOMERTIC,MTO,GAD etc, of evaporation plant.

• Preparation & checking of Piping details drawings i.e. piping Isometrics drawings.

• Release Piping material take off information for procurement

• Release information for required pipe supports & its location in the Piping drawing.

• Responsible for keeping & providing As built documentation of project at respective file path.

• Provide information support to manufacturing team as & when required during manufacturing/installation.

During my tenure with Praj Industries Ltd., I have worked on variety of Indian as well as Overseas projects. Very few of them are listed as below:

• 160 KLPD Grain Based ENA Plant with Integrated Evaporation in Andhra Pradesh, India: Responsible for all above mentioned tasks in Job profile.

• 90 KLPD Molasses Based Plant with Integrated Evaporation in Andhra Pradesh, India. Responsible for all above mentioned tasks in Job profile.

• 30KLPD Plant Molasses & Grain Based Plants: Responsible for all above mentioned tasks in Job profile.

• 60 KLPD Fuel grade ethanol plant : FINCHAA VALLEY – Ethiopia: Responsible for all above mentioned tasks in Job profile.

• 35 KLPD Effluent treatment plant, ALLIED ATLANTIC DISTILLERIES LTD. Nigeria

• 90 KLPD total spirit plant., Nirani Sugars, Mudhol

• 50 KLPD Ethanol plant, M/s. Mumias Sugar Company Limited, Kenya.
