Experience

Aviation Subject Matter Expert

14 Aug 2015 – 14 Aug 2016

Camber Corporation 635 Discovery Dr. NW, Huntsville, AL

I employed my experience and subject matter expertise to conceptualize and translate through written communication (storyboards), two different types of applications, (Startup Shut down and Malfunction analysis) for four different airframes to develop 8 applications, as well as, developing the UH-72 Desktop Emulator. I have produced precise information bundles for developers to build a product with minimal guidance. The accuracy of these information bundles was supplemented by my self-educated use of the Adobe Cloud suite, to leverage these software tools, which allowed for more detailed information bundles. I have gained the trust of the primary stakeholders which has enabled me to build storyboards that supported high level of accuracy minimizing rework. I have negotiated common ground regarding capabilities and customer expectation through in-person, daily interaction, while simultaneously nurturing on-site customer support which, allows requests and changes to happen during the building process. This gives the Army the ability to have ownership of this joint effort project. I have made great improvements in my management of customer expectations and my desire to please by working with my team to identify the best course of action for change requests.
