- Develop, recommends and implements HR& Admin policies, procedures and plans to achieve the HR &company strategic goals.

-Monitor tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes attendance, circulars, vacations, warning letters... etc. in addition to the issuance of all employees' working permits, residence certificates, passports renewal, licenses renewal, personal visit visa, and other formal papers related to the employees to Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor office requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.

-Approve all payroll elements and associated benefits (i.e. transportation allowances, housing allowances, vacations, GOSI…etc) to ensure the salaries are ready for processing.

- Monitoring the implementation of training policies and programs, and accordingly supervising the preparation of annual training plan to ensure their efficiency.

- Setting the department budget including payroll& Support Overheads with CEO to be submitted to Stakeholders for reviewing & Controlling the financial performance of the department To keeping it within the set budget.

-Establish legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies to ensure that policies comply with applicable labor laws.

-Evaluate the work of administrative office and employees services to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.

-Monitor and Negotiate contracts as for the effective tools of employees and maintenance of buildings and equipment To maintain the company's assets and resources.

-Assess the work Administration team with the labor office to facilitate and accelerate the visa issuance.
