Work Experience

2016-2018 Office Assistant T &C Services, Anchorage, Front Desk Knowledgeable in running a small office able to work by one self. Multi-line phone Answer phones, set up appointments responsible for scheduling jobs, maintain files and scheduled payments for workers. Completed work orders and scheduled orders. Set up Neat on computer, knowledge in Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Outlook and Calendar. Able to see what needs to be done able to get the job done with no supervision.

2009-2011 Bartender VFW Post Anchorage, AK, Made all drinks for all customers what -ever the drink was that they wanted to order. Order supplies from local venders, keep the bar supplied with garnishes for the drinks put the drums in place for well liquor. Keep all inventory stocked and ready for next shift. Keep area clean at all times order music for Karaoke machine and order local hire for special events Friday nights. Open and close bar by self run till and manage the money.

2006-2009 Swing Shift Machinist Postal Clerk, Airport Post Office, night shift worked with the sorting machines that sort mail and boxes for outlying areas. Heavy lifting worked independently without supervision was able to see the job and do it very well without any help. See letter of reference attached.

2004-2006 Front Desk Customer Service Representative. Clarion Hotel, Anchorage, Alaska. Responsible for all reservations, billing and guest billing made through the Clarion Hotel/Hawthorne Suites. Handled the switchboard and multi-line telephone systems for both hotels. Responsible for handling all cash/credit-debit card transactions and the coordination and dispatching of hotel shuttles. I was also the Supervisor of Housekeeping where I was responsible for the scheduling the Hotel's housekeepers' for room cleaning, ordering of supplies and maintaining, coordinating the housekeepers' weekly schedule. This job ended due to the illness of an immediate family member.

2002-2004 Mystery Shop Evaluator. United States Postal Service. Conducted customer-service evaluations on Window Clerks at 11 branches, focusing on use of sales skills and courtesy/professionalism. This program ended due to budget cuts.

2001-2002 Office Assistant. L&J Cabs Accountable for answering telephones, taking messages, coping, faxing general office allocated tasks. Help with the sale of utility trailers, Detailing and maintenance of 32 taxi cabs. Keep all fluids filled, check water in radiator, power steering fluid brake fluid, fix flat tires wash vehicles/trailers daily.
