Key Deliverables

Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors, etc. Responsible for negotiating with the subcontractors’ and finalizing their agreement, certifying subcon bills and forwarding them for further process by other departments and keeping a record of them.

Responsible for preparing, analyzing, getting approval of Drawing BOQ quantities and going through contracts and keeping a tract of contractual breaches.

Generating & preparing various commercial reports, recommendations and data analysis.

1.Project: 2*600MW ITPCL Thermal Power Project, Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu Duration: Dec’11-July’16

Scope: Grading and land development work, construction of BCIS Piles and civil foundations for heavy structures including boilers, GIS building, network control building up to -9.00mtr level. Construction of roads, cable trenches, control buildings, water retaining channels and sea water intake and outfall systems.

Role: Involved in the site work supervision; preparation of site work records and documents, resource management, quantity surveying, subcon invoice overviewing, estimation, post contract management and project cost monitoring.

2.Project: Rehabilitation Works of Malaprabha Dam. Duration: July’16- Till Date

Role: Involved in the site work supervision; preparation of site work records and documents, resource management, quantity surveying, subcon invoice overviewing, estimation, post contract management and project cost monitoring.

3.Project: Rehabilitation of Hidkal Dam. Duration: July’16-Till Date
