Process Engineer

* Managed all building requirements: HAVC, Electrical 3phase and 110 requirements

* Warehouse Management 100% accuracy 2 million dollar inventory and third party audit 100%.

* Expertly reduced waste by moving towards a fixed cost structure utilizing Lean-Six Sigma techniques to reduce paper waste from 13.50% per month to 5.17% per month. * Required to reduce overhead by $233000.00 per year. This required finding a suitable building, and managing the logistics of the move.

* Planned and executed a $108000.00 automated conveyor system. Utilizing Lean and Six sigma methodologies, increased efficiency by less handling of product boxes, increase productivity in re-work area where the box comes to the employee. Created an automated scanning system,that printed a pick list and consolidated the box for shipping, reducing associates handling of the shipping product.

* Reduced staff from 175 employees to 50 employees in four years by implementing an automated conveyor system: vastly reducing the handling of the rework product; collaborating with programmers to program a system by which the software checked for good box versus bad box. This increased on time delivery from 80% to 99.98% by eliminating all waste within the process. This saved over $2.5 million over 4 years of operating costs. In addition to Lean, Six Sigma methodologies were also used to analysis problem areas to ascertain an adequate fix to specific problems throughout the production process.

*Implemented Project Management Office (PMO) to track Six Sigma opportunities, change management, continues improvement tracking, and project management initiatives. All projects were visible from company intranet site, which showed an executive summary of all projects pending and status.
