Office - Rising Sun Mills in Providence. Completed a site analysis and entered data into Revit for a floor plan. Used Google SketchUp for a 3D model and renderings. Retail – Researched a retail space in Miami using parameters to recreate the floor plans. Reviewed demographics and tourism data to attract commercial renters. Hospitality – Researched code and demographics for downtown providence area where we incorporated a 250,000 sq. ft hotel that we also needed to apply co-living apartments into.
