Gathered running time data for city transit routes and used the data to created efficient schedule.
Created special service schedules as needed for transit routes that operated during rail maintenance and special events such as Super Bowl 2017.
Developed different transit scenarios in order to explore more efficient scheduling of routes and driver utilization including different blocking and run cutting options.

Improved transit network by experimenting with various Blockbuster runcutting parameters and route blocking scenarios to achieve the maximize usage of transit equipment and personnel during Fastracks, a period of extensive expansion of the Region’s Transportation Network.
Established and standardized timepoints for new transit routes
Provided input based on these experiments to Collective Bargaining negotiators.
Maintained the extensive database of running times geographic information, bus routes and stops including route tracing in Trapeze that was needed in developing transit route schedules resulting in improved on time performance
Researched related geographic issues which included doing field work to determine best transit alternatives.
Initialized bus stop sequencing, and route patterns tracing of mass transit routes in Denver using Trapeze geo-database.
Various database projects related to scheduling and planning operations such as Ridecheck Plus.
Provided customers with information concerning their travels including assisting them in their travels and addressing their concerns about service changes.
