Client Services Technical Representative, Customer Service Representatives 12/2004 - 06/2018 Viracor-Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics 1001 NW Technology Drive, Lees Summit, MO I worked taking incoming calls from all the major labs such as ARUP, MAYO, LabCorp and Quest. I also handled calls from all of the major transplant hospitals. Our goal was first call resolution. I was the Technical representative so when one of the other call agents could not answer a call, it was transferred to me for resolution. I was reponsible for all Call reports monitoring time on calls, time logged in etc. These reports were provided to manager for assessing response to calls.
