EXPOSURE
Audiology:
Measurement of hearing acuity of patients of all ages, using Pure Tone Audiometry, Immittance Audiometry, Behavioural Observation Audiometry, Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry, Cortical Auditory Evoked Responses, Otoacoustic Emissions and correlating the various results.
Subjective Vestibular assessments and Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials and its interpretation.
Clinical evaluation and management of paediatric, geriatric and adult patients with various hearing disorders of neuropsychiatric origin.
Infant hearing screening programs for hearing loss, administration of high risk register OAEs and other methods.
Counselling regarding the status of hearing and the cause if known.
Prescription of hearing aids and assistive listening devices including hearing aid trials, programming of hearing aids and fine tuning of hearing aids. (Phonak, Alps, Siemens, Widex, GN Resound, Elkon, Oticon, Starkey, Sonic heaing aids)
Experienced in carrying out real ear measurements.
Auditory Verbal Therapy for children using hearing aids and cochlear implants.
Speech language pathology & therapy:
Clinical evaluation of paediatric, geriatric and adult patients with various communication disorders.

Trained in the utility of software such as PRAAT, Dr. Speech, Multi-Dimensional Voice Profile (MDVP), Motor Speech Profile (MSP), Vaghmi used for the objective analysis of individuals with dysarthria or voice disorders.
Management and goal setting of paediatric, geriatric and adult patients with various communication disorders using various test materials and using strategies such as Picture Exchange Communication System, Hanen Program, Oral Placement Therapy, PROMPT technique, The comprehensive assessment of spoken language (CASL), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and LAC – 3.
Experience in the use of augmentative and alternative communication in individuals requiring the same.
