My experience with technical writing and user guide/tutorial developer/trainer for a span of fifteen years focused on software/hardware documentation, use and progression. I have developed and presented programs and procedures established personally. This has resulted in supervisor recommendations for doubling employees’ performance by re-ordering a file system for accessing prints. I have worked in various facilities with highly technical specialized devices where I facilitated training with computer software/hardware and other computer related devices. I organize programs in a manner to accept editing when hardware of software progress directs changes. This allows those in contact a more comfortable and acceptable method to change vital processes as required. Also, I have aided fellow employees from cultures other that the United States, with discussions and practices to acclimatize for greater comfort and acceptance. My presentation experience to large and small groups is geared so listeners can more easily remember and recall.
