Nautilus-IVAPP: Integrated Verizon Advanced Provisioning Platform. Its an interface with existing provisioning and inventory systems. Manages inventory and integrates performs provisioning activities associated with the test and turn up of network elements and devices while managing fallout. GUI provides circuit view as well as supporting inquiries and manual assignment for fallout as well as reports and metrics.

Offer Utility is a system which was built with Cards OCC MRA project. Chordiant Decision Manager (CDM) components and software are used to build this system. Offer Utility CDM houses all the global and local policy rules which are necessary for offer evaluation. This decision engine system acts as a central decision system which provides offers to different systems like UCD, SCD, ORCC, etc., on the Cards line of business and ORCC, ACACS, etc., on the Retail line of business.

Offer Utility has been integrated with TIBCO to expose the service as a SOA service (Offer Manager service), which means any clients whether it is within Citi or outside of Citi can access this service in a secure way. TIBCO provides an interface to the external clients which want to access the underlying offer utility rules for offer evaluation.

I worked on making changes for Sales Order in the module Quote-to-Voice.

Functional Overview

•The purpose of this Rapid Tag system is to automate the annual vehicle registration renewals on behalf of the customer driver.

•This license renewal program delivers renewal license plates and tags directly to drivers on time, guaranteed. It also allows viewing renewal status and approving or canceling renewals for any vehicle online.
