Developed and wrote OEM-specific macros to assign subcats to each individual part based on OEM descriptions, resulting in decreasing the process time necessary to complete this task from four hours to 30 minutes.
Uploaded part number, subcat, and OEM description in master BOM database to correct programs.
Exported BOR sheet from master database and manipulated to include change notice, planning BOM, and Planning BOR tab.
Sent BOR to material engineer to obtain initial attach rates assigned to parts ordered by planner.
Uploaded finished BOR to BOR site on SharePoint and performed data porter export from master BOM database, assigning 14 additional dash part numbers for each individual part number into MAS.
