PNL reviews, company events. Tracking of Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness Cards. Responsible for Brand training. Developing code of conducts, memo, policies and handbooks for company. Responsible for attending EDD hearing and workers compensation file reviews. Responsible for creating, enforcing and implementing policies and procedures. Total of 75 employees with full knowledge of all areas of Human Resources, including, but not limited to: Staffing, Compensation/Salary Administration, EEO/Affirmative Action, Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development and P&L capability. Provide sexual harassment training, new hire training, Comply with OSHA. Plan parties and events. Process background check request. Provide team building effort and support to managers and associates. Process payroll including payroll adjustments and deductions, such as garnishments.

Ensures accurate preparation and balancing of payroll prior to processing and submitting to ADP to print checks and perform direct deposits. Responsible for updating HR system (new hire information, transfer, termination, unemployment, wage garnishment, salary confirmation, etc). 2
