Relationship Management
Actively sourced client opportunities for internal partners in an effort to deepen the relationship between my client and the Bank.
Lead a 5-member team in Business Banking which was able to retain and grow a $140MM portfolio of businesses in the North East Region.

Maintained and deepened relationships with portfolio clients via in/out bound communications. As a secondary function, I would update the CRM profile to adhere to internal compliance.

Operations
Managed all Banking Center operations. Reviewed to assure that all applications and documentation for Treasury Management, Credit, Merchant Services, and Deposit Accounts were complying with FDIC prior to opening accounts.
Developed and implemented a program to increase: operational compliance consistency, teller referrals and customer delight.
Successfully implemented processes and action plans for three branches that had previously failed their annual audits. Because of implementing these action plans, each branch successfully passed their follow-up audits. Received recognition by senior management (Market Executive and Market Manager) for this accomplishment.
Provided operational support to 3 senior client managers by reviewing deposit and credit applications for adherence to banking compliance. Became proficient in the products offered in Deposit, Treasury Management, Credit, Investment, and Merchant Services.

Completed a seventeen-month rotation through all areas of consumer banking in addition to advanced management training with focus in leadership, coaching, compliance, and sales processes.
Maintained the operations of a $40MM branch as well as driving consumer and small business sales.
