Presently work in Jaiprakash Associates Limited (Jaypee Himachal Cement Grinding & Blending Unit) at Himachal Pradesh as a Quality Control Officer in QC- Lab &Environment Lab (Plant capacity 2.0 MTPA). since 11-08-2009 to till date.

Worked in Moser Baer India Ltd. (Photo voltaic) Greater Noida as a Chemist/ water treatment operation/Lab as like D.M., D.I., and R.O. Plant with water analysis since 26th Oct 2006 to 06-08-2009 in Utility section.

I have worked in Pragati Power Station (Govt. of Delhi under taking Gas Based Plant of 330 MW) as a chemist / Shift in charge in RO, DM, plant since March 2005 to 25th Oct. 2006 under Thermax Ltd.

I have worked as Lab Analyst/ Operation of DM plant (100 m3 / hr) & Softening Plant (2250 m3 / hr) on contract basis in NTPC (Auraiya Gas Power station of 652 MW) since March 1993 to Feb. 2005.

Water analysis of RAW Water, Clarifier water, Softening plant, Lime Softening Plant, RO Plant,

DM Plant, Cooling Tower Chlorination, plant, Effluent treatment plant, STP, Boiler water &

Scrubber Plant.

Quality control of water with testing of Chloride, Sulphate, Hardness, Alkanity, Silica,

Phosphate, Hydrazine, Iron DO, BOD, COD, Oil & grease PH, TSS, TDS, Conductivity,

Purity Testing of Lime, Alum, Caustic. Co2 Fecl3, HF, fluoride & Boiler water analysis.

Maintaining of water quality of High & Low pressure Boilers.

Analysis of lube oil VIZ moisture content, MI, Viscosity & NAS Value etc.

Dosage of chemicals with Jar test in PPM.

Operation of Reverse Osmosis Plant & DM plant (PLC system).

Chemical cleaning of RO & regeneration of mixed bed.

Monitoring of critical parameters of RO & DM, LSP, STP, ETP & Scrubber systems.

Monitoring of Environmental parameters such as Pm10, PM2.5, So2, NOx, Co

& Meteorological data. & real time Continuous Ambient Air Monitoring Station.

Performing all physical & chemical analysis of basic Raw Material i.e. Lime Stone,

Iron ore, Fly ash & Gypsum.

Entire chemical analysis of Raw meal, Kiln feed, Clinker, OPC, PPC & Fly ash.

Good command over physical analysis of cement like Setting time, Auto clave, Lechatalier,

LR test, Drying shrinkage, Plane & Pozzolona cubes, Specific gravity.

Proximate, NCV & GCV analysis of Coal & Coke.

Water Analysis of Raw water, STP, Distilled, & DM Water.

Maintaining BIS records & other documents.

. XRF (Minipal-2) operation and Calibration.

Spectrophotometer operation and calibration.

Flame photometer analysis and calibration.

CTM-50KN & CTM-500KN calibration with proving rings.

Blaine apparatus & cell calibration with mercury.
