I have 06 years and 10 months of total working experience in the Hospital Industry for the Marketing & Sales Department. (Corporate & Trade Marketing)
As Marketing & Sales Officer for Fortis Hospitals Limited at Kolkata, I am handling the corporate marketing, responsible to generate revenue from the Organizations like IOCL TATA Steel, HINDALCO, ONGC, GRSE, SAIL, L&T, KPMG, HUL, Ashok Leyland, SBI Bank, UBI Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank etc. along with all the empanelled TPA & Insurance companies.
Generating referrals from Trade Marketing as well from South Kolkata region.
In this time frame of my professional life since 2011, I have successfully acquired the skills on Corporate, Trade, Insurance & TPA marketing, Client Relationship Development, Client Acquisition and Marketing Campaigns.
Current Experience
Hospital – Corporate & Trade Marketing
Working as Marketing & Sales Officer for Fortis Hospitals Limited (Specialty Ophthalmology / Urology / Nephrology / Diagnostics / Dental) at Kolkata from October, 2016 till now.
Planning
1. Preparing a business plan on a yearly basis & implement as per approval of HO.
2. Preparing monthly sales plan & estimate the revenue Corporate & Trade wise.
3. Preparing the sales promotion plan and marketing campaigns on a yearly and monthly basis.
Developing good reputation of our Hospital’s Doctors & the medical services provided among the Community, Corporate & Referral Doctors.
Ensuring achievement of pre-set revenue targets for Corporate & Trade business assigned.
Generating tie ups with PSU, Private Corporate, Trade, Insurance & TPA for driving business from them in terms of IPD, OPD & Diagnostics facilities.
Handling the queries of International patients for medical visa, sourcing International patients from travel agents, medical tourism companies, hotels & guest houses.
To take care of all the publishing materials of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials which includes the content, design, creativity and proof – reading etc.
Building and strengthening the relations with key personnel in corporate viz. CMOs, HR, Admin.
Building up good relationship with the new and existing referral doctors of assigned territory.
Arranging Health Education Programs / Health Camps / Health Talk / BLS Training for empaneled and non-empaneled corporate and at community level in Kolkata.
Targeting Corporate Colonies / Residential Complex for camps as well as Hospital awareness activities.
Targeting TPA- Corporate for Camp & Hospital awareness.
Evaluating performance & monitoring Corporate & Trade-wise sales and marketing activities.
Ensuring over all in-house customer satisfaction & delight.
Interacting with the patients (Pre & Post admission) on arrival at the facility.
Corporate Events Handling:
1. Deciding Target Audience and the budget allocated for any Event.
2. Executing Strategies to convert such events into business opportunities.
3. Maintaining regular follow-ups after an Event is undertaken & evaluate the outcome.
4. Sending Greeting Letters / Mails to the Corporate Doctors on various occasions
5. In case of any problem faced by the patients referred from empaneled Corporate and Referral Doctors ensuring timely solution to sort out the problem.
Coordinating with Branding Team for communication in the form of Standees, SMS Blast, Jogger’s Park activities, Paper insertions & Plan the CME communication like invites, and gives away to the Doctors informative materials like FAQs on Specialties and Dockets to ensure that Doctors will keep engaged with our Hospitals & refer the patients.

Worked as Sales & Marketing Executive for Currae Eye Care Hospital (Specialty Ophthalmology) at Kolkata from 2015 to 2016 (Corporate Marketing)
Building up good relationship with the Branch Managers and Centre Heads of different Banks, Insurance companies, Doctors, Clinics, Polyclinics, Optical shops, Schools, Colleges, Government Organizations, Private Companies and to motivate them to conduct free eye checkup camps for the customers as well as for the employees
