I established the Illinois market within my territory, and was responsible for consistently meeting, often exceeding sales quotas and incremental growth year over year.
My primary responsibilities included serving as the main point of contact for clients, consulting, managing office support staff, building a growing sales pipeline, and setting appointments. I also served as the primary interface between the customer and all other related departments that support the American Family Insurance network to include: Operations, Finance, Underwriting, Legal, Credit.
