Presently working as a Senior Boiler chemist in 28 MW captive power plant (130tph boiler working pressure 85 kg/cm2,32tph boiler working pressure 45 kg/cm2) consisting DM plant capacity 80cubic meter/hr at M/s Chadha Sugar & Industries Ltd. Kiri Afgana Batala,Gurdaspur (Pb)from Oct. 2012 to till date.

Worked as a Boiler chemist in 32 MW captive power plant (2x70tph boiler working pressure 68.5 kg/cm2) consisting RO+DM plant capacity 50 cubic meter/hr at M/s Yadu Sugar Ltd. Bisauli Badaun (UP) from Jan. 2012 to Oct 2012.

Worked in M/s Rana Sugar Ltd. Buttar Sewiyan Amritsar(PUNJAB) as a Boiler chemist (34 MW captive power plant 50tph &120tph boiler working pressure 65 and 85kg/cm2) at Nov 2007 to Jan. 2012.

Worked in Jalkheri Power Private Ltd. Jalkheri, Fatehgarh Sahib (Punjab) as a trainee Boiler chemist(55tph boiler working pressure 65kg/cm2) at March 2006 to Oct 2007.

Worked in Khatima fibres Ltd. Khatima, U.S.Nagar(Uttarakhand)as a trainee Lab chemist at Aug 2005 to Feb 2006.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

B.Sc.( Chemistry, Zoology,Botany) from Kumaun University Nainital in 2004 .

2 turbine 23mw & 5mw condensate, extraction, and bleed turbine.

80 cubic meter/hr DM Plant (2x40each)&6000cu meter/hr cooling tower.

6500 TCD cane crushing capacity.

NATURE OF JOB:

Analysis of raw water, Boiler water, feed water, Condensate water, S.H.Steam.

Operation & Maintenance of RO+D.M. Plant with PLC,SOFTNER PLANT(100tph ) .

Calibration of Lab Instrument.

Monitoring the SWAS unit e.g- PH analyzer, Conductivity analyzer, D.O analyzer.

Cooling tower water analysis and chemical treatment like Biocide, Dispersant & Antiscalent, Analysis of corrosion coupon & plates.

Boiler water analysis, chemical treatment, preservation analysis, Alkali boils out of boiler.

Preparation of standard solutions and analysis reagents.

Operation and Analysis of Effluent Treatment Plant like as Ph, TDS,TSS, MLSS, COD, BOD.

Fuel Analysis coal and biomass.

Proximate analysis of coal and calorific value determination of coal & biomass by Bomb calorimeter.

Analysis of coal (VM, TM, IM,FC, ASH, GCV).

Analysis of bed ash & fly ash.

Prepared daily report of DM water consumption and generation chemical cost etc.
