During the Financial Management course I have found that I am decently skilled in finance and engaging with people, understanding how to meet their needs & wants, making sure that the client or customer is key to a profitable organization and also that to ensure a healthy organization, employees should be kept happy and motivated in order to perform at their best. My communication skills are of good quality and also team and individual task I thrive in. I believe my skills lie in my ability to cope under pressure as well as to comprehensively read and understand the situation and act quickly and yet smartly to yield the best outcome as possible that ensures satisfaction to both client and organization.

Sadly what use is raw skill unless it is sharpened? Therefore I plead deeply with your organization to help nature my talents in any form just so as to be a valuable asset to the organization and ensure that the organizations goals and well-being are of the highest importance to me.

Working at a company in Durban called CCI(Call Centre International) whereby I was in an international campaign dealing with customers from the UK, started at customer services and was put through to escalations manager due to the level of service I gave that ensured best customer experience, a time I must say I enjoyed and spent well with different people in a vibrant environment, sad to say it had to come to an end as I had to relocate to Johannesburg due to family commitments but the goal and dream is still to implement my talents that I have learned from my previous employer as I believe how valuable those experiences were in ensuring the best customer service.

So as a person I am still looking and searching to increase knowledge and hope to experience a better working environment at different places as well and I hope that my destination lead me to your company and since I believe it is a growing company so I will like to grow along together with company and take it to higher levels a well.
