(SOP) to bring them up to date. Created new SOPs and changed recording documents to be current.
At Bremner Foods; advocated for Ecolab cleansing products for the processing lines. My suggestion resulted in
the Company using Ecolab products which improved line sanitation over prior methods used.
Based on Lowes daily night shift shipping requirements; I flexed the shift’s labor resources to achieve the operational demands in an efficient manner. Saving excess manpower and expense in multiple area with my reports.
Gold Standard Baking I came in with a team of supervisors knowledgeable with great ideals. Collaborated on lean ideals, newer SOPs, breaks and rotations. Some ideals are being added as things are changing for the better.
